We at Charlie's Angels believe it is important to develop a relationship with a licensed veterinarian of your choice, for the continue health of your new puppy!
 

Before our Puppies come into the store they have been examined by our licensed veterinarian, and are kept current on a vaccination & parasite program.

When purchasing or adopting a pet, you will be given our personal phone number to contact us anytime day or night with any concerns. and a list of veterinarians for a wellness exam.

Charlie's Angels would appreciate your veterinarian's opinion on how this puppy is doing after it leaves the store during the adjustment period.   

This information will help keep our staff informed of any possible viruses, infections, or other concerns.

2.   This puppy has been vet check and to the best of our knowledge is in good sound health , unless stated otherwise.
 

The puppy must be taken to a licensed veterinarian of your choice within 5days from date of purchase, for a wellness exam.
 

We do not cover the cost of the veterinarian visits, x-rays, vaccinations, tests (fecal or heartworms) as these are normal expenses associated with the ownership of a pet. Charlie's Angels will reimburse you with an IN-STORE credit for any medication (up to but not to exceed $40), if the veterinariandecides that the puppy would needs medication.
 

Your new puppy should be checked before interacting with any existing pets. Because we cannot control the conditions of your pets at home, Charlie's Angels will not cover expenses to existing pet because of interaction with your new puppy.
 

3. The warranty for any major congenital or birth defect (within 3 year) or death due to contagious disease (within 14days) will be VOIDED, if the puppy is euthanized or dispose of without the consent of Charlie's Angels Doggie Boutique. In order for any compensation to be made, the buyer must provide Charlie's Angels Doggie Boutique at 2207 Georgia Ave, Bellevue, NE 68005 with a written veterinarian's certification that states and verify any congenital/genetic defect. Compensation is limited. The first year 100%, the second year 50%, and the third year 25% refund, not to exceed the to purchase price of the puppy, with in-store credit.
 

4. The new pet owner has authorized their veterinarian to discuss any veterinarian procedures or concerns with Charlie's Angels breeders.
 

5. No guarantee or refund exists with regards to breeding, show ability, or size. This puppy is sold for the sole purpose of a companion pet only. Charlie's Angels recommends having this pet spayed or neutered by 6months of age.
 

6. This contract is non-transferable to any other person. No implied or oral guarantee exists beyond the terms of this agreement.
 

7. This document, including the warranty, shall be interpreted and construed in accordance with the laws and statues of the State of Nebraska. The venue for any litigation concerning this warranty shall be Nebraska District Court in Sarpy County, Nebraska, under a non-jury proceeding.
 

***** NOTE: Charlie's Angels will allow a 5DAYS clause for remorse, non-compatibility to other pets or family allergies. There is a $100 re-processing fee. Otherwise, ALL SALES ARE FINAL!!!

 Why do you give your personal number when purchasing a pet?

This will enable our customer to  reach us  24/7 even during store closing hours.  We are professional breeders and  care for puppies 24/7.  Our puppies are like our kids.  Our experience , knowledge and expertise, we will be able to handle most puppy stress concerns.    If not,  we have several veterinarians on call 24/7.  If, we take a puppy to one of  our veterinarians it will become our bill.

Why do we have to use the food it is on?

 A puppy has a young digestive system  The environmental change and puppy stress is already going on with a new home.  One  should wait till after the adjustment period about 2 weeks before changing.  Like babies you do not change from apple to bananas.  If you decide to change the food. do it gradually  adding the food you want to feed a little at a time to the current food.

The store uses Nutri Source (no corn)  and ProPac performance puppy.  We keep our prices low, so one can continue to feed a high quality food.
